Here at the Hospitality Establishment we have been hard at work putting together a selection of cooking classes just for you! Here is a quick look at what you can expect over the next few months. For further details or if there is any particular class which you would like to see on the schedule please do not hesitate to let us know!

THE BARE NECESSITIES
This series of classes will introduce you to the basics in the kitchen such as learning how to properly use and care for your knives, safe food handling and storage, basic cookery techniques and tricks of the trade.

AROUND THE WORLD
September will introduce a range of beginners classes in authentic thai, Spanish tapas and Japanese cuisine with more to follow…

FOOD FAV’S
Food favourites look at cooking specific foods in a variety of ways from the traditional to the modern. The first series of classes will look at bread baking, fresh pasta making, seafood classes and an intermediate level duck class.

IT’S WHAT YOU’VE DONE WITH IT…
Interested in learning different cooking styles? Over the next few months we will be kicking off classes looking at specific cooking methods such as baking, roasting, slow cooking and so much more.

HEALTHY AT HEART
Want to learn the basic principles of eating for a healthy lifestyle? Come along to one of our healthy eating classes and learn how to prepare and cook a range of delicious and healthy meals which everyone will enjoy.

CULINARY EXPERIENCE CLASSES
Come and discover an appreciation for the finer sensory experience which certain foods have to offer with our range of classes sure to delight the palette. Join us on one of our fine wine and cheese nights, coffee appreciation classes or for the real men out there, our fantastic bear tasting classes.

KIDS IN THE KITCHEN
Want to get the kids excited about cooking without your kitchen looking like a disaster zone? Why not get them involved in one of our kids cooking classes at the hospitality establishment. Not only will the kids be highly entertained but will come away with basic knowledge of kitchen safety and basic cookery techniques.
